Here's another video from Kira Ryder of Lulu Bandhas yoga studio in Ojai, CA. In this clip Kira shares Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), called Butterfly in Yin Yoga. She has a great tip on working with the breath when you get to a particularly tight spot in the body.
